Misleading and untrustworthy. Canadians, do not use this site and do not believe their offers re: shipping.
I have a screenshot showing that my order would arrive October 9-12 if I ordered immediately.
Then, after they sent it, they tell me that it was just a shipping estimate and it can be delivered whenever. So they lied to get me to buy it immediately and they had no intention of delivering it on time.
Also they don’t tell you about import charges that you have to pay to get the item actually delivered, again they tell you after you order and pay for it.
They still don’t acknowledge that there can be extra charges that they don’t tell you that you might have to pay even after you purchase something, and they don’t deliver items when they say they will (or even anywhere near the date) but they use marketing tools to try to convince you to buy quickly so you get the item delivered right away. They don’t do what they say they will do and that is misleading, do not trust them.
Then when you complain, they say there are “other” factors but there are not. This is another example of them lying and misleading. The fact is the screenshot said if I buy now, my package would arrive in 2-4 days from the day I ordered it. It is a few weeks now and it hasn’t come, nor is it even in my country even though the ad that I purchased this from said it was in my country. This company should not be trusted and they don’t rectify issues when they are clearly at fault.
I just bought a product, paid for it and expect it to be delivered when they say it will be delivered. They still haven’t delivered it. I don’t need excuses from them, I expect them to provide the service they advertised and that I paid for. If new, external factors changed their end of the agreement, they should have discussed that with me when the problem arose, or they should have not promised it would be delivered in a few days when there were factors that prevented that from happening.
Any which way you look at it, they are in the wrong and have not rectified it.
Now it says “Item has arrived in Destination Country” on October 3. It says Destination Country is “Chile”. I live in CANADA! Where is it???
