Subscription annoyance
I've been trying to cancel my account, but they just keep sending me packages and charging my credit card. I've sent emails and made calls, but they always seem to be "in a meeting" and never bother to reply. This company is a total disaster and shows no respect for their customers. I suggest staying far away from these scumbags.

The watches from this company are top-notch. You can totally tell that they pay super close attention to every little detail when they're making them. They're not just good-looking and tough, but the personal touch they add makes you feel like you're part of a crew of folks who really love watches. Their customer service is amazing from start to finish, they're always there to help with anything you need. I've bought a bunch of watches from them and every time I'm blown away by how much they care about what they're doing.
