Ice reels purchase
I just bought a couple of ice reels from your company and I gotta say, that BOGO deal was awesome. The whole process from ordering to shipping was super smooth and your team kept me in the loop every step of the way. Got my order right on time and took the reels to a local shop to get them set up. Haven't had a chance to actually test them out yet though because I'm still recovering from shoulder surgery. Can't wait to finally give them a go once my doc gives me the green light!
Review about: Putterball
Duplicate order return, poor communication, delayed shipping, missing label
The customer service was terrible when I tried to return a duplicate order, and they did a lousy job communicating. Plus, the shipping for a carrying case took way longer than expected. I really like the game, but one of them was missing the Putterball rubber label on one side. I reached out for a replacement before Christmas, but I haven't heard anything back or received the label yet.
