Black leather tote bag
I just got this awesome black leather tote bag from this company, and let me tell ya, it's really top-notch. The quality and design are just fantastic. It's not only stylish but super practical too, with plenty of space for all my stuff without being too big and bulky. The craftsmanship is excellent, you can tell they really paid attention to every little detail. I've gotten tons of compliments on it and I've already told all my friends and family about it for when they need a new tote.

Failed delivery and unresponsive service
I had a really bad time ordering from this company. I bought something but never got it. When I reached out to customer service for help, nobody got back to me. And then I found out that I couldn't even log into the website anymore, which makes me think they might have shut down. It's super disappointing to think I got ripped off.
