Overcharged without permission
I was so upset with the customer support’s lack of response after they charged me $90 for a service I didn’t even have on my phone without asking. I tried reaching out to their email multiple times and got no reply at all. It’s just not right to charge someone without asking first, and the fact that they didn’t even talk to me about it made it even more frustrating. I felt like no one was listening to me the whole time.

Misleading sales tactics
The folks at Direct Energy told me they could give me a better deal than my current provider, but it didn't turn out that way. I got charged for both services when I made the switch. When I called customer service about the mix-up, they weren't sorry at all and just kept saying I agreed to it. I'd advise steering clear of this company and doing your homework before signing up for anything.
