Return Policy
I normally don't write reviews, but I had to speak up about my recent experience with this store's return policy. It's just not cool to charge €4 for return shipping without giving customers a heads up. I get why some companies do it, but it's a turn-off for me. It made me rethink shopping there, and ultimately I decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to shop that don't play those games to keep customers from coming back.

Life Coach Experience
I definitely suggest getting yourself a coach if you could use some extra motivation. I mean, I know I sure did! My coach, let's just call him Zander, was seriously amazing. He always made time to listen to me, kept me encouraged, and never left my questions hanging. And let me tell you, with my jam-packed schedule, he really helped me figure out how to juggle work, school, the kids, and all my other commitments. Thanks a million, Zander!

High-quality product but poor service
I recently had a pretty awful experience with the customer service at this company. It was seriously lacking - couldn't get through on the phone or chat. And when I did finally talk to someone, they were totally uninterested and didn't help much at all. I believe that if I'm paying extra for a top-notch product, then I should get excellent service in return. But because of this experience, I'm thinking of checking out some other companies that offer similar quality but with better customer support.

Jeans purchase
I bought a pair of jeans at this store when I was on vacation. But when I got home, I realized they didn't fit the same as the ones I tried on in the store. It stinks because I live far away from the city and can't just swing by to return them. And get this - the store doesn't even let you return stuff online. That's just not cool, especially for customers like me who don't live close by. The service at this store was a letdown, so I won't be shopping there again.
