Bespoke holiday turned into group experience
The holiday package we booked through this service didn't quite meet our expectations. We thought it would be a special and private trip customized just for us, but when we got there, we were always with a group of four others. That meant we had to share transportation, lodging, and activities, so we didn't get the personalized experience we were hoping for. The folks we traveled with were nice, but it wasn't the intimate getaway we had imagined. It was a letdown to discover that the holiday we booked through this service wasn't as exclusive as we thought.

Personal discount code missed
I just bought something from this company, and I was bummed that I didn't get a discount code for being a repeat customer. But at least the shipping included Customs fees, so that was cool and made it easier since I didn't have to deal with extra bills later. And the product was really good quality, just like I was expecting.
