Dead vape
I bought this vape and when I got it, it was completely dead. I tried to contact the company like they told me to in the instructions, but they were so rude and basically told me too bad. I spent almost $100 on this and I feel like they totally scammed me. At first, I thought maybe they just weren't understood, but now I see that they're actually dishonest and deceitful.

Same day delivery
I love that they offer same day delivery, it's super convenient when you realize last minute that you need a gift. They always come through with the delivery when they say they will, which is great. But I've noticed that the quality of the flowers hasn't been as good lately.
