Flea and tick medication for my pets
I've been shopping at this online pet medication store for a few years now. For the most part, I've had good experiences, but there have been some issues that I've noticed. Sometimes the medication expiration dates seem to be sooner than I expected. Also, I've gotten packages from different countries, which makes me wonder about the product consistency. There were a couple times when the meds didn't last as long as they were supposed to, which was disappointing. But I recently placed another order and I'm hoping that this time the quality will be better. Overall, I think the prices are more affordable compared to buying meds locally, which is a big plus.

Online purchase disappointment
I got my order in good shape, but I was really let down by how they handled a big cashback referral from a third-party site. The retailer didn't give me credit for the referral like they should have, so I ended up with way less cashback than I should have gotten. When I contacted BSTN (UK) customer service about it, they flat out refused to fix the mistake, which just left me feeling really unhappy and not wanting to use any more third-party cashback sites down the line. It was just a really bad experience all around.
