Oversized hoodie purchase
I messed up and didn't think about how sizing varies in different countries when I ordered a hoodie. I ended up with a super oversized one. But the company was really cool about it and said they'd send me a new one for free, even though it was totally my fault. Their customer service was top-notch and totally made my day, especially since it's been a rough week. Major props to them for going the extra mile!
