Battery replacement
I can't believe how crazy expensive they are for just a simple repair! I was changing the battery on my watch and lost this tiny screw. I just wanted to buy a new one from them but no, they want me to send in my whole watch, pay for the screw, labor, shipping, and tax - just for a little screw! It's so unbelievable and totally unnecessary. The customer service was no help at all and the whole thing just really turned me off.
