New parts shopping
I had a great time shopping for new bike parts online. I found a really nice cinema front wheel that matched my bike's color perfectly. Online order not delivered
My online order never showed up, even though it said it was delivered. I contacted customer service for help, and all they suggested was for me to ask my neighbors if they got it. That's just not right, it feels like a scam. I expect better service and for the company to take responsibility.
