Bedding, bath, and decor items
I recently bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the quality. I got sheet sets, bath towels, curtains, comforters, throw blankets, and pillows, and I gotta admit, I love 'em all. They feel nice, they let air through, and they keep me cool just like they promised. Plus, the prices are pretty good, especially when they're having one of those big sales where stuff's 50-60% off. Their customer service is also really good - they ship stuff out fast and it's reliable. One time I ordered the wrong thing by mistake, but they sent me the right thing right away and I didn't have to pay extra for shipping or anything. Honestly, this company's now my go-to for all my bedding, bath, and decor needs.

Custom canvas print
The folks at this company were super nice and quick with their customer service. My custom canvas print showed up right on time, but man, it wasn't all that great quality-wise. I get that maybe the photo I sent over wasn't the best, but I kind of wish they could've given me some tips on picking out a better one. Other online places I've ordered from before have done that, and I thought it was really handy. So yeah, the service and delivery were decent, but not getting help with the photo selection was a bummer for me.

In-store return issue
Watch out for returning items at this store! I had a really bad time about a year and a half ago when I tried to return something in person at this branch in Cambridge. The employees said they were having technical issues and could only give me store credit, and it took forever to fix it. Just last week, I bought something else and ran into the same problem - more technical difficulties stopping me from getting cash back, and only offering store credit. It makes me hesitant to shop here again in the future.
