Two faulty smoke detectors
I just bought two smoke detectors from X-sense to replace my old ones that expired. Unfortunately, both of them ended up failing within six months of me buying them. They wouldn't pair up properly and when I actually tried testing them with real smoke, they didn't go off. It really made me doubt if they were even functioning as smoke detectors at all. I've had situations with smoke in my kitchen and fireplace, but these detectors stayed completely silent. If I had depended on them during a real emergency, it could've been really bad. When I contacted X-sense about it, their response was pretty surprising. They told me that the detectors shouldn't be tested with actual smoke, which basically defeats the whole purpose of having a smoke detector. Overall, my experience with X-sense smoke detectors has been pretty disappointing, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

As a customer at this store, I just wanted to share that I had a really good experience at checkout. It was super easy to find everything I needed and I was in and out in no time. The only thing I noticed was that the prices were a little higher than some other options out there. I get that you're paying for quality, but I think if you dropped the price a bit, more people would be interested. Maybe if you brought it down to like $20, it would be a more attractive deal without sacrificing the real deal quality.
