Shoulder bag purchase

Email update request
I reached out to customer service to update my email because my old one got shut down when I switched jobs. But, man, after waiting for 27 long days for a response to my request, they finally got back to me. They actually asked me to confirm my email, which felt like I was being played. Overall, the whole thing was a waste of time. I'm definitely not buying anything from this company again.
