PiCK up AND delivery- 2 times
Elife was the service company and on 1st pickup, they were an hour late with no response at LAX and we had to stand out in wind.
2nd pickup was worse. They were a no show but claim they were at the cruise terminal berth 92, this time we had to stand out in rain and wind. After 1-1/2 hours in the rain i got a taxi to deliver us.
I started calling numbers at 8:30 am and never got anyone to pick up phone nor call me back. At 11:30i called a taxi. After talking with Shuttle Finder and they were not able to get the elife dispatcher on phone.
