Hoodies purchase
I recently bought three hoodies from OtakuPlan and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the quality of the stuff and their customer service. When my package arrived, I realized one hoodie was missing. I contacted customer service right away, and this guy Zach really went out of his way to fix it. He sent a replacement the very next day with rush shipping, which was awesome. The hoodies themselves were top-notch - my son wears his all the time. The stitching is solid, they're comfy, and the designs are really cool. After this great experience, I'll definitely be shopping at OtakuPlan again.
