Ruby dress on backorder
This place is a total bust, don't waste your time ordering. I bought a Ruby dress back on August 5th and got a confirmation email, but then I didn't hear a peep for weeks. When I finally reached out on August 17th, they said my order was on backorder and would ship in 1-2 weeks. Well, it's been way longer than that now and my emails are being totally ghosted. I'm starting to think those positive reviews are totally phony.

I've been taking supplements for years, and let me tell you, the stuff I got was really top quality. I might not know all the science lingo, but it's obvious that they're good products. I saw that the labels had a bunch of different compounds listed, which just proves how well-made these products are.

12 panels ordered, received 9
I bought 12 panels the other day, but got only 9. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me for some photos and told me to sit tight. I sent the photos right away, but I don't get why they needed them since they know the weight and size of the package already. It's been a whole month and I'm still waiting for them to figure this out. Do you think I'll ever get those missing panels, or will I have to take this up a notch?

Man, let me tell ya, this little gizmo is a total game-changer. I've been battling this annoying dry cough for years and finally decided to give it a shot. And guess what? My experience at this place was amazing. They make it super easy to create a custom suit and tie combo with all their different options and quick order process. I just wish they had a feature where I could see specific pieces together before making my final choice. But besides that, the service was excellent and the quality of the products went above and beyond what I expected.
