Cottage booking issue
I recently booked a cottage for a weekend getaway, and man, it was a total disaster. The host at the property wouldn't let us in and tried to cancel on us last minute. We reached out to customer service for help, but all they did was send us an email promising a partial refund if we found another place to stay. They didn't even help us find a new spot! And to top it off, the host faced no consequences - the property is still up for booking! How can this company treat its customers so poorly? If you're considering booking with them, seriously reconsider and make sure you've got a backup plan just in case things go wrong.
