SIM card purchase experience
I had a really bad experience with the customer service from this company. I called a bunch of times to try to fix problems with my SIM card, but every time I just got the same unhelpful suggestions. They ended up sending me a new SIM card that also didn't work, making me even more annoyed. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying my account was canceled without really telling me why. The lack of communication and the fact that they couldn't help me led me to finally just cancel my account because of all the problems.
