Bought a few cheaper lunchboxes from Amazon before. Karma Bento beats them comfortably. Really happy with my purchase!
Don't order from them. Placed order online. Very nice web site. Item was listed as shipping in 5-7 days. Received email order acknowledgement with no order number or delivery date. Item amount was billed to credit card immediately. Received email the next day that order was fulfilled with tracking info. USPS (this is a SHED! USPS?)tracking said shipment information received, waiting for item from seller. Ten days later status unchanged. In calling I get a recording to hold (never answered) or a message to call back in five minutes. Emails are not returned. I have disputed with credit card and received conditional credit. I'm certain it will become permanent.
