"Buyer's Beware" Items are not true to size, nor do they look like the pictures. This company do not honor the return policies. this company tries endlessly to negotiate a refund percentage rather than giving you a full refund for items that you can not use and you're asked to pay to pay for the return fee. Do not patronize this company because they are fraudulent

4 piece luggage set
I was shocked when the package was delivered . They sent me a cheap ring not what I ordered. Has anyone had any luck getting there money back. I filed a claim with my bank so won't know the outcome untill done with investigation.
