Tote, crossbody, and wallet combo
I received my order a month after i ordered it. It was supposed to be a concealed carry tote, and it wasn't. I called and sent an email. Finally after a few days of trying i got ahold of someone. They said it was defective and they would send me return labels. That was August 4th i still haven't received them. I've tried calling and emailing them for the last week, and no one answers. I cannot get my refund till the items are returned! I will never order another thing from them!
