As a customer who tried out this legal document service, I have to say I was really let down by the whole thing. I thought my documents would be sent out quickly, like they said on their website, but that didn't happen. Even though I paid all the required fees, including the court fee and their service fee, the documents never even made it to USPS. When I asked for help, SoloSuit tried to blame USPS and said they'd send the documents again, but I knew they wouldn't get to the court on time. Plus, I never got any new tracking numbers for the second shipment. And when I asked for a refund, SoloSuit wouldn't even talk to me. I had to file the documents myself after already paying the filing fee. In the end, I suggest not using this service. It's clear that they don't care much about keeping customers happy and can't be trusted to keep their word.
