New air purifier
I got a new air purifier on Saturday, but it didn't work when I tried to set it up. I tried again on Sunday, but it still had no power. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful and didn't know much about the product. It was hard to communicate with them because of their limited English skills, and their troubleshooting didn't work. After getting a rude email from customer service, I chose to return the purifier and buy one from a different company. My experience with the air purifier and customer service was really bad.
