I ordered three outfits from this company in the early part of November and received them on 11/18/2022. All three outfits were ordered in a size XL. These outfits were not true to its size. Two of them were too small and the other one was too large, but they all were size XL. The quality of the material was cheap looking and undesirable. I, contacted ChicMe 11/23/22 via email to inform them of these issues and what's the procedures for returning these outfits and that I wanted a refund? I received an email back the following day from them requesting that I send them pictures of these outfits or the SKU#, which I did. At that time, they offered me a 10% discount and I can keep the outfits. On 11/24/22, I responded to the email informing them that I wanted a refund and what's the procedures for returning everything back? On 11/25/22, I received an email offering me a 30% discount and to keep the outfits, which I declined and requested procedures to return these outfits. On 11/26/22, I received an email offering me 50% and to keep the outfits. I responded to the email requesting a refund, that I don't want these outfits, again explaining the material is not good quality. As of this date, I haven't heard back from them. I'm under the assumption, they're waiting for the 14 days refund policy to expire so they can use that as a reason to not refund my money. Had I known ChicMe was located in China, I wouldn't have ordered anything from them. Anytime I order clothes from China, the sizes are never the true sizes, they don't send everything that was ordered and when contacting them with any issues, they don't respond back. Please don't order anything from ChicMe because what you order will not look like the pictures, less desirable and they will not refund your money.
