Messy bun in strawberry blonde
This company is such a scam, it's crazy. I ordered a strawberry blonde messy bun, and what I got was a disaster. It was this yellow platinum blonde mess with random dark brunette highlights - not at all what I wanted. I contacted them about their mistake, and all they did was offer me more discounts on the wrong item, or the option to order something else with a discount. Can you believe that? And then they had the nerve to suggest I pay for shipping back to China! Luckily, I used PayPal to buy it, so I'll eventually get my money back. But dealing with these shady folks for at least two weeks isn't something I'm looking forward to. If PayPal doesn't come through, I'll just go straight to my bank to dispute the charge. Been there, done that, and it worked. Seriously, save yourself the drama and steer clear of this company. And good luck even finding their website - it's like they're hiding on purpose!
