Leather jackets
I just bought two leather jackets from the store - one for me and one for my boyfriend. They both looked great at first, but sadly mine ended up with a rip. I got in touch with the store and their customer service team was so helpful. They sent me a prepaid postage label to send back the damaged jacket and gave me a refund. They even kept the discount I used on the original order. I was really impressed with how they took care of everything.
