Geckoman Ladies Slippers
Order a pair of slippers for a friend of ours for Christmas. The shoes arrive in a plastic bag and the shoebox had been busted. The shoes were wrapped in tissue that was torn down the middle. The shoes showed evidence that they might have been a returned item.
I emailed them immediately to return and refund. They emailed me multiple times trying to get me to accept a replacement pair, but even though I clearly said no, they just kept trying Finally I got an RMA but had to pay almost $12 to send them back. I hope the refund comes quickly, but that remains to be seen.
