Online course subscription
I had an online course subscription for a few years, and for the most part, I liked the courses they had. But out of the blue, my account got suspended for supposedly breaking the rules, without them giving me a good reason or proof. I lost all the money I put into lifetime course access with no chance of a refund. Plus, now I can't even get my invoices for taxes, which is really annoying. Even though I enjoyed the courses, I'm really disappointed with how they handled suspending my account and not being clear with me.
