Finally received my Legion XL Plate Carrier and Spartan 11x14 AR550 Level III+ Body Armor Package after a extend delay on the manufacturers end. I couldn't be happier. Shellback Tactical SF Plate Carrier
I needed a new kit setup as parameters shifted, and needs changed. Unfortunately this coincided with the Covid and riots. I recieved my carrier very quickly. Unfortunately, like everyone else the plates were scarce. After ordering they were very clear and responsive in communication and work with me to create a contingency in order to make sure I had equipment that was appropriate for my application. The contingency wasn't required but 100% the type of customer that cares about getting customer service right. If I need a to replace or change my kit again I know where I am going.
I went to navigate off the screen and submitted for the 10% discount, and the customer service was great, I placed my order without the discount and it was granted through customer service. I just started and made my first order and will strongly recommend to my friends and family, just because of the customer care and class of this company. I am excited and know I'll be waiting a bit for the products but it definitely started on the right foot. Thank you
