Parcel Return Issue
I had a problem returning a package for a refund. I used Hermes but it got stuck at the depot for over 5 weeks and ended up back with me. I contacted Anna in customer service and she was super helpful and reassuring. She recommended I use Royal Mail instead and was always quick to reply to my emails. Even with the return taking longer than expected, I'll keep shopping at Fashionesta thanks to Anna's awesome customer service.
