I just bought some shoes online and man, what a letdown. The website said I'd get them in 3 days, but they never came. So I hit up customer service and they were no help at all. They wouldn't give me a refund and just blamed Royal Mail for the missing package. But Royal Mail swears they never got it. The customer service crew seemed clueless, couldn't even answer simple questions, and had a bunch of spelling mistakes in their responses. It was just a mess, so I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
