Sweet Dolls Elastic Bracelet
I got my daughter the Sweet Dolls Elastic Bracelet, but man, what a letdown. She barely had it for a day before it fell right off her wrist because the closure was messed up. So, I reached out to the store manager, Sorena, and she was absolutely no help at all. I even tried to get the email for her supervisor, but she straight up ignored me every time.

Quick resolution of payment interface bug
I came across a bug in the payment system and reached out to customer service. I was happy to see that they fixed the problem within an hour or so of opening. The speed at which they resolved the issue impressed me more than the bug itself. They fixed it right away, showing excellent service. I would give their customer support a solid A+.
