Oversized pants
I contacted customer service because the pants I got were too big. They told me to measure them, but they wanted a quick response and said they might close the ticket. I asked for more time, but when I replied, they said they didn't get it and closed the ticket anyway. It looks like the system isn't working well with email responses.

Frustrating hotel booking
Man, we made a hotel reservation on this website and when we finally arrived after a crazy long flight, they had no idea about it! Can you believe that? We ended up wasting a whole day arguing with them and had to fork out money for another hotel night. And then they had the audacity to tell us we needed to make a new reservation ourselves for the entire stay. It was such a hassle! And don't even get me started on the refund process - it took ages! We only got our money back after threatening them with legal action. To save yourself from all that headache, just steer clear of booking through them, seriously. I'm never using this site again!
