I'm really upset about the trainers I bought from this company. All the reviews from customers who had similar problems show that this is a recurring issue that the company ignores. It's worrying how they don't take responsibility and fix their service. But, I have to give them credit for acting quickly when I reached out about the problems and issuing a refund.

Frustrating hotel booking
Man, we made a hotel reservation on this website and when we finally arrived after a crazy long flight, they had no idea about it! Can you believe that? We ended up wasting a whole day arguing with them and had to fork out money for another hotel night. And then they had the audacity to tell us we needed to make a new reservation ourselves for the entire stay. It was such a hassle! And don't even get me started on the refund process - it took ages! We only got our money back after threatening them with legal action. To save yourself from all that headache, just steer clear of booking through them, seriously. I'm never using this site again!
