4-inch Thermocouple Probe
I got this 4-inch thermocouple probe, but when it showed up, I was bummed to see that the tip was bent at an 80-degree angle. I contacted customer service and sent them some pics of the messed-up probe. They got back to me fast and set me up with a new one. The only downside was that it took a couple weeks for each probe to get to me, but I guess that's just how it goes these days. Overall, I was really pleased with how customer service handled things. They took my problem seriously and made sure to fix it up right. Thanks, Global Test Supply!
