Custom calibration equipment
I had a really bad experience with Global Test Supply. I ordered some custom calibration equipment and ended up waiting for over two months, only to have my order canceled out of the blue because they couldn't give me what I wanted. It was so annoying how they didn't even bother to let me know. It was such a waste of time waiting around for nothing. Eventually, I decided to order the same thing from another company, and they got it to me in just 7 days, already calibrated and everything. This whole thing has really turned me off from Global Test Supply, and I wouldn't suggest using them at all.
First shipment mishap
I had a pretty bad experience with my first purchase from this company. Even though I gave them the right address, my order got sent to the wrong state. I contacted them immediately, but they didn't respond at all. It was really annoying, so I had to deal with the situation myself by filing complaints with UPS and Paypal. It was a hassle and took up a lot of my time. Eventually, the seller gave me a refund without even saying sorry or explaining what happened. Thankfully, my second order went smoothly.

I ordered something and that's when the problem started. They had the wrong picture of the item on their website, so of course, I assumed I was getting that but it was all a mix-up! And when I attempted to return it, they were just like 'nope, our mistake, sorry'. I mean, come on, really? Why show me something and then not provide it? That's not cool at all.

4-inch Thermocouple Probe
I got this 4-inch thermocouple probe, but when it showed up, I was bummed to see that the tip was bent at an 80-degree angle. I contacted customer service and sent them some pics of the messed-up probe. They got back to me fast and set me up with a new one. The only downside was that it took a couple weeks for each probe to get to me, but I guess that's just how it goes these days. Overall, I was really pleased with how customer service handled things.
