Speaking practice in small groups
I just took part in some speaking practice sessions at an intermediate level and they really helped me improve my speaking skills a lot. The small group format made the classes interesting and effective. The grammar classes were also useful in breaking down specific aspects which I found really helpful. The class content was well-organized, even though some topics did feel like they were repeated at times. The website was easy to use and provided helpful materials before and after each class. However, I think the vocabulary reviews could be better if they included more detailed translations and options other than multiple-choice answers.

Delayed order with poor customer service
I wouldn't suggest buying from this company. I had a big delay in getting my order, even after I paid extra for fast shipping. They took 12 days just to ship it out, and I had to reach out to them first because I hadn't heard anything. It looks like they care more about social media influencers than their loyal customers who actually pay, which is really disappointing and not cool. My whole experience was so irritating, I'd tell others to steer clear of shopping here.

I've been buying KN95 masks from this company for a couple of years, and let me tell you, they are one of the best around. The Powecom masks fit like a glove, and I really like the fact that they're the only distributor of them. Their backstory is pretty cool too. I had to order more masks recently after waiting longer than I expected because of COVID. I contacted their customer service, and they went above and beyond to help me out and speed up my order. Can't beat that kind of service! All in all, fantastic masks and top-notch customer service.

FLIR camera rental
I rented a FLIR camera from this company and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The equipment came in great condition and they even gave me a checklist to make sure everything was there. What I liked the most was that they didn't start the rental period until I actually got the item, and the return shipping time wasn't part of the rental period either. It was nice to know I wouldn't be charged for shipping time. Plus, the cost of the rental was really reasonable, especially compared to what's around locally. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone who needs special equipment.

Unfulfilled discount code
Even though I tried to use a discount code that didn't work, I still decided to buy from Fast Bar. I sent them emails and texts to try and fix the problem, but they kept denying my requests. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer, so I started looking for another product. I found something similar that was both tastier and cheaper. Fast Bar's refusal to make things right has really turned me off, both in terms of their product and how they treat customers.
