CL shoes
I recently bought a pair of CL shoes from Savannah's, but I had a pretty bad experience. When I got my order, the shoe box was empty. I contacted their customer service, and they said they would look into it with the carrier, DHL. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. After a whole year of silence, I reached out again and they offered me a gift card to buy the shoes again, but at a higher price. Even though it was a nice gesture, I had trouble with the gift card links and ended up getting a code for an even higher price than what I originally paid. The lack of communication and the slow response to fix the problem really let me down. I'd recommend being cautious if you're thinking about shopping on their site.
