Lifetime subscription, decreased monthly downloads
As a customer at Scopio, I recently bought a "Lifetime subscription" that was supposed to let me download 1,000 images per month. But, I was bummed to see that they changed it so I could only get 10 images each month. They didn't really tell us about this big drop in downloads, which made me feel like they were being sneaky. When I asked them about it, they just said "Solved", even though nothing was fixed. It's frustrating that a company I trusted isn't keeping their promises to us customers. Going from 1,000 downloads to only 10 is just not right, and it definitely doesn't sit well with me. I really hope Scopio listens to their customers and fixes things to earn our trust back.
