Express shipping issue
The app was acting up when I was trying to check out, and somehow my express shipping got switched to standard. I tried reaching out on Facebook messenger, but didn't get a response, so I looked for a quicker way to get help. Luckily, there was a chat option available. Noxolo was the one who helped me, and even though they couldn't change the shipping on my original order, they quickly canceled it. It wasn't the most convenient fix, but I went ahead and placed a new order, and Noxolo was able to refund the code I used on the first order. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable Noxolo was.

Low quality products, no refunds or return shipping label
I was so let down by the customer service and return policy here. The products weren't up to par and on top of that, they wouldn't give me a refund - just store credit. It felt like they were practically keeping my money hostage. Plus, I had to pay out of pocket for return shipping since they didn't provide labels, and it wound up being crazy expensive. It was basically a waste of money and I highly recommend avoiding buying anything from them.

My purse strap broke after only using it a few times! I was really let down by the poor quality and craftsmanship in the product. When I tried to get it repaired or exchanged, I discovered that the warranty had already run out. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they told me they couldn't help since I purchased it from a store. The store couldn't do anything either due to the warranty problem. I thought Furla was known as a premium brand with top-notch products, but they really disappointed me. I definitely won't be making another purchase from them and would recommend that others steer clear as well.
