MOBROG is awesome for making a little extra money while helping out with tree adoption programs. I like being able to take surveys and support a good cause, even though sometimes I get booted from a survey if I don't match the right demographics. It can be annoying, but I get that it's not MOBROG's fault. Overall, though, I'm happy with my time on the platform.

Olight's customer service took so long to get back to me, they blamed it on a super long holiday in China. Finally, they said they'd swap out the bad batteries I messed with. Even though it was annoying to wait, I ended up being thankful for them fixing the problem and giving me new batteries for free.

I wish I had looked into this company before buying from them. I chose express shipping, hoping to get my item fast, but it's been three business days and they haven't even sent it out yet. I've tried contacting them through web chat and texts, but no one has answered. It's so annoying dealing with this lack of communication and delay in shipping. I might have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge on my card just to get my money back.

Low quality products, no refunds or return shipping label

It felt like they were practically keeping my money hostage. Plus, I had to pay out of pocket for return shipping since they didn't provide labels, and it wound up being crazy expensive. It was basically a waste of money and I highly recommend avoiding buying anything from them.
