there was nothing cozy about it for either my cat or dog. neither wanted anything to do with it.
When i called to return it, no one answered my call and though they said someone would return my call, no one did. Given it was covid, i assumed no one was manning the phones. I went ahead and returned the two cozy beds i ordered -- one i never opened and just marked it return to sender, the other i packed up and returned. Getting a return of my $78 has been impossible. Everytime i call, there is another excuse, --my dispute is still open and then today they went all the way back to March and why i didn't get return instructions from them. They keep blaming Citibank or Paypal and today when they went back to "how do we know we received them back", i knew it was hopeless. I will not be doing business with them again -- too many other retailers out there who are more honorable.
