Review about: Exclusive Beauty Club
Beauty device, return request
I recently bought a beauty device for my wife from Exclusive Beauty Club early in December. Sadly, it didn't meet our expectations, so I decided to return it. I reached out to their customer service team via email on December 17th to ask about the return process. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back. I sent another email on December 21st, but still no response. This lack of communication is really unprofessional and doesn't make Exclusive Beauty Club look good. It's clear they don't put their customers first, which is a letdown. I definitely wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
