Unexpected duty taxes
I was really caught off guard by the extra duty taxes that I wasn't told about before I paid. Nobody mentioned those charges, so now the thing I bought ended up costing more than if I had just gotten it from a nearby mall. And on top of that, finding out the product was actually made in China was a letdown too. I was hoping for something more locally sourced.
