Guitar lessons, money-back guarantee
I bought some guitar lessons from this company recently because they offered a 30-day money-back guarantee if I didn't like them. Turns out, the lessons were not my thing. I emailed them twice to ask for a refund, but all I got back was an automated email trying to get me to sign up for a different payment plan. I was pretty let down by the lack of customer service.
