Ticket purchase difficulty
I tried buying a ticket several times on this popular website, but every time I got to the payment part, an error popped up. I checked out some reviews and found out it's a scam. Don't believe the ads, folks! I even dialed customer service, but no one answered after waiting for 10 minutes. All in all, it's a horrible website.
