I bought some stuff from this company recently, but turns out I didn't need them anymore cause my treatment providers changed. I got in touch with their customer service to ask about returning the items, and man, they were super helpful and nice about it. Gave me clear steps on how to send the stuff back, which made it really fast and simple. I gotta say, I'm grateful for how smoothly they handled my situation. Organic product purchase
The stuff I got was really good quality, especially digging the organic choices they offer. When I hit them up via email, the customer service was pretty solid. But man, they need to work on keeping customers in the loop when stuff is running late. Waiting around for weeks to even months with no updates is super annoying. And they should totally let customers know on the website when things are out of stock. Bottom line, they gotta step up their game with better communication and managing their inventory.
