Subscription fee issue
I had a pretty crappy situation with this streaming service I signed up for a year and a half ago. Even after I canceled my subscription, I found out I was still getting charged. When I tried to get a refund, the customer service was just terrible. And to make matters worse, they took another payment from my account this week. I'm feeling really annoyed and let down by how the service provider is handling this. It's just not right that loyal customers like me are being treated so badly for their screw-ups.
