Wavemaker
I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service team recently. I sent them an email last Monday about an order I made online for their Wavemaker. They finally got back to me on Wednesday, only to say there were problems with my order and it wouldn't be ready until the next Monday. I told them I was leaving the UK in three days and asked for next day delivery so I could take it with me. But I never heard back after that, and trying to call their customer service line in London was a nightmare with nonstop busy signals and useless automated messages. All in all, I was really disappointed and frustrated with the service I got.
