Recent sunglasses purchase
I just got this new pair of sunglasses from the store and man, their customer service is top-notch. So, my shipment got delayed but I shot them an email and bam, got a call back in just a few hours to fix things up. They sorted out the mistake real quick and sent me a new pair in a jiffy.
